Due to the hot weather I had my run after 8 pm today. I went to the forest and it was so beautiful. Only nature and I.  Birds were singing, a deer crossed my path, the trees above me glowed red from the last sunrays,  haze raised. It was so peaceful, I even switched off my iPod ;-)
